Batlio (batlio.com), home of World Battle, is a brand operated by IM Integrated-Minerals LLP. IM Integrated-Minerals LLP (LLPIN AAW-5083) is registered at Flat No. D-67, Arya Nagar Apartment, 91, I.P. Extension, Patparganj, New Delhi, Delhi 110092, India. In these terms “we”, “us” and “Batlio” mean IM Integrated-Minerals LLP; “you” means anyone who visits batlio.com or votes on it.

These Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Shipping & Delivery Policy are the complete agreement between you and us. This is version 2026-09-18. When you create an account you accept the version current at that time. If the terms change materially we tell you on the site or by email, and buying the Unlimited Pass means you accept the version current at checkout.

Anyone, anywhere, can read the battles. To vote and to see live results you need an account.

• You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires it for online accounts.
• One person, one account. Duplicate accounts are removed and their votes discarded.
• One vote per battle per person. You cannot change a vote once it is counted.

You sign in with an emailed code or with Google. There is no password. Keep access to your email address: it is how you get back in and how we reach you about your account.

• Give us accurate details, especially your country, which decides the flag your votes count under.
• You are responsible for everything done from your account. Tell us at support@batlio.com if you think someone else has used it.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Aggregate results already counted are not reversed.

Batlio only works if every vote is one real person's honest pick. You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, automation or paid services to vote;
• create or use more than one account, or share an account;
• spoof your location, country or identity, including with VPNs used for that purpose;
• interfere with the site, its API or other people's ability to vote.

We monitor for abuse. We may discard suspicious votes, adjust counts, suspend or delete accounts and block networks without notice. Our decisions on what counts are final.

You may share battles and results freely, including screenshots and links. You may not:

• copy, scrape or republish the site or its data at scale, or present our results as your own;
• reverse engineer, probe or attack the service;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other users, us or the brands shown.

The Batlio name, logo, site design, software, battle selection and the aggregated results data belong to IM Integrated-Minerals LLP or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the site for its intended purpose; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

Third-party names and marks shown in battles remain the property of their owners (see “Brands shown” below).

Results are the aggregated opinions of the people who voted. They are entertainment, not research, ratings, facts or advice. Do not rely on them for any decision.

We decide which battles exist and may add, edit, pause, merge or remove battles and their results at any time. Counts shown as live may lag or be corrected.

Batlio is independent. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any brand, company, team, person or product that appears in a battle. Names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the choices. A battle's result is not a statement by or about the owner of a mark.

Rights holders who want a mark removed or corrected can email support@batlio.com; we act within 2 business days.

We send transactional emails you cannot opt out of while you have an account: sign-in codes and important notices about your account or these terms.

If you opt in, we also send marketing emails such as new battles and results. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can change the preference on your account page.

Batlio is free to use. Reading, voting and sharing cost nothing, and you never need to pay to take part. If the daily limit is switched on, free members can vote in a set number of battles in any rolling 24 hour period. The current number is shown on the site, and we may change it. When you reach it we show a friendly prompt with two choices: come back when the 24 hours are up, or buy the Unlimited Pass.

The Unlimited Pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again. It gives the account that bought it two things for as long as the service runs: no daily limit on battles, and no advertising. Everything else about the service, including one vote per battle per person and the fair-voting rules above, stays the same.

• Price. The price is shown before you pay, in Indian rupees for buyers in India and in US dollars elsewhere. Prices in India include 18% GST. Prices may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay, and a change never affects a pass already bought.
• Payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a regulated payment gateway, which accepts Indian and international cards and other methods it offers in your country. Your card details never touch our servers.
• Tied to your account. The pass belongs to the signed-in account that bought it. It cannot be transferred, shared, resold or moved to another account. If you delete your account, the pass ends with it and is not refunded.
• Refunds. You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. The details, including what happens after that and how chargebacks are handled, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Activation and delivery are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• Lifetime means the lifetime of the service. The pass lasts for as long as Batlio runs and offers the pass. If we ever discontinue the pass or the service, we give at least 30 days' notice by email, and if that happens within 12 months of your purchase we refund a proportionate part of what you paid.
• Abuse. If we close your account for breaking these terms, the pass ends with the account and is not refunded, except where the law says otherwise.

Batlio may be supported by advertising served by Google AdSense. When advertising is on, ads can appear below a battle's results and between battle cards in the feed. Ads never appear inside the voting arena or next to the buttons you use to vote, and no ad is ever presented as a battle choice or a result.

• Ads are labelled as ads. We do not control which advertisers appear and an ad is not our endorsement of the product or service shown.
• If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before any advertising cookie is set, through Google's certified consent tool. You can change your choice at any time from the “Privacy settings” link in the footer.
• Do not click ads to generate revenue, ask others to do so, or use automation on ads. Doing so breaks these terms and our advertising partner's rules.
• Holders of the Unlimited Pass see no advertising. How ad cookies work and how to opt out is in our Privacy Policy.

Today the only thing you can buy on Batlio is the Unlimited Pass, and only when we have switched it on. Nothing else is for sale and no payment is ever taken without you starting a checkout yourself.

For the pass, and for any other paid feature we introduce in future (for example sponsored placements for businesses), we show the price, any taxes such as GST where applicable, what you get, how long it lasts and how to cancel before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited; we never store your full card details. Refunds and cancellations for every paid feature follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and access is delivered as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it up but do not promise it will always be available, fast, accurate or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, pause or shut down features or the whole service at any time. Parts of the service may be labelled beta.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we must by law, or if we stop the service. You can stop using the service and delete your account whenever you like. Sections that by their nature should survive (results, brands, liability, governing law) survive termination.

To the fullest extent the law allows, IM Integrated-Minerals LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of data, reputation or profit, arising from the service or your use of it. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of INR 1,000 or the amount you paid us, if anything, in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify IM Integrated-Minerals LLP against claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. For material changes we announce the new version on the site and email you if you have opted into product emails. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it, and buying the Unlimited Pass means you accept the version current at that time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, email us at support@batlio.com: most issues are solved within 2 business days.
