Batlio (batlio.com), home of World Battle, is a brand operated by IM Integrated-Minerals LLP. Batlio is an online service and everything we offer, including the Unlimited Pass, is digital. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses involved.

• The website is available instantly in your browser at batlio.com, worldwide, with no download required.
• Your account is ready as soon as you confirm your email or sign in with Google.
• Any other paid feature we introduce in future is activated on the signed-in account used to buy it and confirmed by email to that address.

The Unlimited Pass is delivered instantly and digitally. As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, the pass is switched on for the account you were signed in to at checkout: the daily limit disappears and ads stop. This usually takes seconds and always less than a few minutes. We also email a confirmation with the payment id to your account address.

Because delivery is instant, the refund window in our Refund & Cancellation Policy starts at the moment of payment. There is nothing to return.

If you paid and the Unlimited Pass is not showing on your account within 1 hour, first sign out and back in, then email support@batlio.com with your account email and the Razorpay payment id from your receipt. We reply within 2 business days and either activate the pass by hand or refund the payment in full. A payment that was taken but never activated is refunded at any time, regardless of the refund window.

If a sign-in code email does not reach you, check your spam folder and then email us within 48 hours with the address you used.
